This API will add customer comments (customer reply) for an existing ticket.

Method= POST


Authorization : “Bearer bc1f461de4f193”
Content-Type : ”application/json”

Description of Fields

Field name Description Mandatory
Header - “Authorization” Access token is passed to identify the user. Eg- ”Bearer bc1f461de4f193" Yes
Header - “Content-Type” Input Content Type here it would be “application/json" Yes

Input Perameters:

Perameter name Mandatory Description
ticketNum yes Ticket number of the order for which issue has been raised.
customer_e_mail Yes Customer email ID corresponding to that order.
title yes Single liner title for customer Reply.
message yes Customer Comment to be added on the ticket.

Note :The Response will return the ticket number on which the customer comment is added. In case the customer reply is on a ticket which is closed, then a clone ticket will be created and its Number will be returned.
