Ticket_Creation_API

Introduction

This api use to creates tickets on our customer support panel.

Authorization : “Bearer bc1f461de4f193”
Content-Type : ”application/json”

Field Description:

Field name Description Mandatory
Header - “Authorization” Access token is passed to identify the user. Eg- ”Bearer bc1f461de4f193" Yes
Header - “Content-Type” Input Content Type here it would be “application/json" Yes

Field Description:

Field name Mandatory Description
order_id yes order_id of the product for which issue is to be raised.
Comment No Customer comment with respect to the order
issue_id yes Id corresponding to the issue raised.
sub_issue_id yes Sub-issue which comes under the issue id.
sub_sub_issue_id yes Sub-sub-issue which comes under the sub-issue

Note :In successful response, A number in “data” field will be the ticket number correspond to the issue
raised.
In an error response, a “Data Mismatch” means that the user ID corresponding to the token used and
the user ID corresponding to the order ID are not same.
